The amount to be charged is 150,00 EUR per horse on production of a certificate (veterinary or medical). In any case, there is no refund without a certificate.

Entry Fees / Prize Money

Payment French Athlete:

Les règlements des engagements et les frais MCP seront fait directement via FFE compet. En cas de rattrapage dans le CSI 1* ou le CSI Am, celui-ci sera à régler sur place. Les frais complémentaires sont à régler sur place.

 

Payement Foreign Athletes:

BEFORE THE SHOW (Bank Transfer):

Bank transfer must be made at the latest for the beginning of the even, not during the show or after the show. Please ask for details to: csimarieh@gmail.com

ON THE SPOT (Cash / Debit Card / Credit Card): 

CSI with PRIZE MONEY:

Balance will be made between entry fees and prize money after the last class of each CDI. Prize Money will be paid to riders only by cash (under 1000€ and if possible) or by bank transfer around 10 days maximum after the show – Bank detail to SEPA standards can be asked if necessary.

CSI with no PRIZE MONEY:

Entry fees can be paid during the open hour of the sport office.

 

Settlement:

 – Settlement will be done per athlete. Depending on the agreement with the horse owner, each athlete binds himself to pass on to the horse owners the prize money or prizes in kind rewarded instead of prize money.

 – The organizer is allowed to deduct possibly outstanding debts of the athlete.

Retrait des numéros / Visite Vétérinaire

Venir au secrétariat avant d’aller à la VISITE VETERINAIRE, se munir des papiers de votre cheval afin d’avoir votre numéro de têtière et de vous déclarer présent.

Jours suivant: déclaration la veille des épreuves, au plus tard 1/2 heure après la fin de la dernière épreuve du label

How to come to POLE EUROPEEN DU CHEVAL

REMINDER / RAPPEL

– Each horse, whatever the level may be, can only start in one competition per / Un cheval ne peut participer qu’a une compétition par jour.

– Horses can participate at one CDI only during the same week-end / Un cheval ne peut participer qu’à un seul CDI le même week-end

– It is not possible to change categories after the definitive entries / Il n’est pas possible de changer de label après la cloture des entrées définitives.

– It is not allowed to compete the same horse in national and international competition the same week-end / Il n’est pas autorisé pour un cheval de concourir dans épreuves nationales et internationales le même week-end.

– DOGS HAVE TO BE ON LEASH ON THE SHOWGROUND / Les chiens doivent être tenus en laisse sur le site

– NO HEADNUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT IN THE SHOW OFFICE. RIDERS HAVE TO BRING THEIR OWN / Aucun porte-numéro de têtière ne sera distribué, les cavaliers doivent utiliser leurs propres porte-numéros.

 

 

COVID MEASURES / PREVENTION COVID

RAPPEL Mesures Covid :

– N’oubliez pas les mesures sanitaires pour que les compétitions continuent !!!! Le masque doit obligatoirement être porté sur l’ensemble du site (décret n°2020-860 article 27), en complément de l’application des gestes barrières, excepté pour les cavaliers lorsqu’ils sont à cheval en piste ou sur le paddock.
– Le masque devra être porté dès l’entrée sur le site, l’entrée sans masque sera refusée

REMINDER Covid Measures:

– Don’t forget the sanitary measures to keep the competitions going! The mask must be worn on the entire site (decree no. 2020-860 article 27), in addition to the application of barrier gestures, except for riders when riding on the track or on the paddock.

– The mask must be worn as soon as they enter the site, the entry without mask will be refused.
