Retrait des numéros / Visite Vétérinaire

Venir au secrétariat avant d’aller à la VISITE VETERINAIRE, se munir des papiers de votre cheval afin d’avoir votre numéro de têtière et de vous déclarer présent.

Declaration de partants:

CDI 3*:

Les cavaliers doivent donné leur premier choix entre le GPS et le GPF au plus tard lors de la date limite des engagements. Le choix doit être confirmé au plus tard au moment de la visite vétérinaire.

AUTRE CDI:

A partir du moment ou le cheval/poney a été accepté à la visite vétérinaire. L’engagement sera automatique. Merci de prvenir s vous êtes non partant.

 

Les finales sont obligatoires pour tous cavaliers qualifiés. Si vous êtes non partant, un certificat médical ou vétérinaire sera à fournir sous peine de disqualification (cf FEI Dressage rules article 422.2.12)

Declaration of starter:

CDI 3*:

Athletes (riders) must give a first and second choice in the order of the following two competitions they wish to enter (i.e. opt for the Grand Prix Freestyle as their first choice and the Grand Prix Special as their second choice or the opposite) at the date of definite entry. Choice will be confirmed at the latest at the show office to Marie H when you’ll get your identification number.

OTHER CDI:

As the horse/pony is accepted at the Horse Inspection it will be declared as started in the competition. Finals are compulsory

Article 422.2.12 An athlete who does not participate without legitimate reasons in a competition where the participation is mandatory, will lose their previous placing and prize money from the previous Competitions (s) ini the event and will be disqualified.

The amount to be charged is 200,00 EUR per horse on production of a certificate (veterinary or medical). In any case, there is no refund without a certificate.

From Wednesday 10/02/21 up to the show:

There is no refund even with a certificate.

Entry Fees / Prize Money

Payment French Athlete:

Payement Foreign Athletes:

BEFORE THE SHOW (Bank Transfer):

Bank transfer must be made at the latest for the beginning of the even, not during the show or after the show. Please ask for details to: csimarieh@gmail.com

ON THE SPOT (Cash / Debit Card / Credit Card)

CDI with PRIZE MONEY:

Balance will be made between entry fees and prize money after the last class of each CDI. Prize Money will be paid to riders only by cash (under 1000€ and if possible) or by bank transfer around 10 days maximum after the show – Bank detail to SEPA standards can be asked if necessary.

CDI with no PRIZE MONEY:

Entry fees can be paid during the open hour of the sport office.

 

Settlement:

 – Settlement will be done per athlete. Depending on the agreement with the horse owner, each athlete binds himself to pass on to the horse owners the prize money or prizes in kind rewarded instead of prize money.

 – The organizer is allowed to deduct possibly outstanding debts of the athlete.

REMINDER / RAPPEL

– Each horse, whatever the level may be, can only start in one competition per / Un cheval ne peut participer qu’a une compétition par jour.

– Horses can participate at one CDI only during the same week-end / Un cheval ne peut participer qu’à un seul CDI le même week-end

– It is not possible to change categories after the definitive entries / Il n’est pas possible de changer de label après la cloture des entrées définitives.

– It is not allowed to compete the same horse in national and international competition the same week-end / Il n’est pas autorisé pour un cheval de concourir dans épreuves nationales et internationales le même week-end.

– DOGS HAVE TO BE ON LEASH ON THE SHOWGROUND / Les chiens doivent être tenus en laisse sur le site

– NO HEADNUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT IN THE SHOW OFFICE. RIDERS HAVE TO BRING THEIR OWN / Aucun porte-numéro de têtière ne sera distribué, les cavaliers doivent utiliser leurs propres porte-numéros.

FRENCH GOVERNMENT TRAVELING RULES (update 01/0226/01)

 

 

We are looking forward to welcoming you for the CDI at Le Mans. Everyone entering the « Pole Européen du Cheval »  needs to comply with the following safety regulations set up by the French government and the OC to minimize risks associated with Covid-19 transmission.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the regulations, in accordance with the local authorities and measurements in order to minimize the risk of spreading the corona virus or to relax the regulations.

GENERAL RULES:

The events are not open for public (“behind closed doors”)

it is mandatory to arrive with a negative Corona PCR Test not older than 72h. This will be checked upon arrival. No entrance/accreditation to Pole Européen du Cheval without negative test can be provided.

In the case that you experience any symptoms related to Covid-19 you must cancel your entries and may not attend / must leave the showground and placing yourself in immediate contact with the relevant health services.

Limited number of accreditations per rider: one groom per 3 horses, and two additional persons (trainer, horse-owner) to the show. (See Accreditation rules below)

Wearing a face mask is mandatory on the whole showgrounds unless mounted on a horse.

Person with a temperature higher than 37.5 degrees and/or symptoms related to Covid-19 have no access to the show ground.

Respect the social distance of 2m between you and other persons not belonging to your family or cohabitants

Use the hand sanitizers placed all around the showground and wash your hands regularly

Follow the ground sign signaling

Regular cleaning and disinfection of all communal areas during the day (bathrooms, showers, etc.)

ACCREDITATION

There will be an attendance form at disposal on http://pole-europeen-du-cheval.com/cdi-02-21/. This is part of the entry / invitation and MUST be signed by every rider / attendant and groom. It is not possible to start without submitting this form and there is no entry to the tournament site. Don’t forget that you must be able to justifying your professional or « high level athlete » status.

Each rider must register him/herself and the accompanying persons before Monday 08/02.

At our arrival, only one person can come to the show office with the horse passport and Covid Test of all the team in order to obtain the envelop containing your competition numbers, accreditation and a written Protocol that must be followed during your stay with us. Please ensure that you read the Protocol carefully.

Upon arrival the wristbands for all accredited persons will be handed out and must be worn at all times and shown on request

SHOW OFFICE / STABLE AREAS:

There will be a limit to three people in the Show Office at any onetime. Each secretary will attend only one person at a time, on this front we strongly recommend that you do not come to the office in groups, but send a delegated person.

Please make sure that you wear a mask on any visit to the Show Office.

We stress that you only come to the Show Office when it is absolutely essential.

Orders for forage etc can be made by at the show office. It will be delivered to your stable at planned delivery time

Accounting office will be separated from the show office.

Riders must use only the allocated stables.

Hand sanitizers are available at the entrances and the arenas.

An information board will be outside of the show office and those informations will also be online: Useful information, Timetable, Order to go, Start Lists, Results….

WARM-UP / COMPETITIONS ARENAS:

Only horses warming up for the current class are allowed in the warm-up arena

Only one person per rider is allowed in the warm-up arena

Mask is compulsory for attendant

MEALS:

Restaurants will only be on TAKE AWAY

RESPONSABILITY:

The spread of the virus depends on the individual’s responsibility and the attention paid to complying with all measures. Similarly, it will be up to everyone not to join the competition if they think they have symptoms of Covid. Also in the weeks following the competition, urgently notify the organization if you were positive for Covid and likely to have been in contact with others during the disease incubation period.

Don’t forget, all of these measures will allow the safety of all and the continuation of professional equestrian competitions.
